Rohit Valia is the CEO/Founder of Cafyne, Inc. He was previously Program Director for Big Data Analytics at IBM. He is an experienced technology and marketing executive, with over 15 years of experience in enterprise datacenter technologies with hands on software development, product management and marketing experience in security, Java EE middleware, virtualization and cloud computing. Before joining IBM Platform Computing, he was the Director for Sun Microsystems cloud services business unit and then the head of Oracle University marketing. He has been a speaker at numerous JavaONE and other technical conferences and published papers in IEEE and other journals. He is also the author of two US Patents related to Java co-processors and disconnected web client operations.

Sunil is the Managing Director of BitChemy Ventures. He is also the CTO for KeyPoint Technologies, a leading mobile personalization software company. At various stages during this time, Sunil has held responsibility for activities related to product development, technology research, product roadmap planning, product management, quality assurance, product support and intellectual property protection.
Prior to his role at KeyPoint, Sunil worked in various roles involving product research and development within the Semiconductor Design software industry. At Magma Design Automation, he was responsible for developing novel approaches and algorithms for technology-dependent optimization and cost-driven mapping of digital circuits. Before this, Sunil briefly worked within the Design Automation groups at Intel and IBM.
Sunil holds MSc and BSc degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Will Yen is one of the founding partners and Chief Marketing Officer at Kenny & Company, a strategy and management consulting firm located in Palo Alto. He has 15+ years of experience delivering business solutions for Fortune 1000 companies. His range of experience includes Supply Chain Strategy, Marketing and Product Management, IT Strategy and Planning, Financial Services, SaaS and Wireless/Mobile Computing. Will is also a former US Army Officer. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis, a Master’s of Science in Applied Economics from University of Georgia, Athens and a Master’s of Business Administration from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and two children.
Ryan Day is a software developer turned software business hacker. He likes to build and grow businesses with a mix of build, buy, and partnering. Ryan currently leads business development at GitHub. Prior, he focused on building an ecosystem and conducting M&A for the IT systems management and cloud platforms businesses at VMware. Before VMware, he led business development and partnership efforts at Sun Microsystems for the Sun Grid and N1 businesses, technical sales at startup CenterRun, and led product efforts at startups Annuncio and MessageMedia. Ryan studied computer science at the University of Michigan, and has dual MBAs from Berkeley and Columbia Business School. He lives in San Francisco with his wife, but their midwestern roots run deep.
